WHAT IS THE ONTARIO IMMIGRANT NOMINEE PROGRAM?

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) offers the ability to apply for permanent residency and the right to work in Ontario for  foreign workers with in-demand agricultural or construction sector jobs.

The high-demand program's goal is to attract high-skilled workers to Ontario that will boost Ontario’s economy.

Applicants can only apply if they have received a permanent and full-time job offer from an Ontario employer.  Applicants must also meet all program eligibility criteria and have an Employer Form completed by the prospective employer.

You will also be required to hold a valid licence or certification if the job offer is in an occupation that requires a mandatory licence or certification in Ontario.  A Canadian Language Benchmark of level 4 or higher in either English or French (reading, writing, listening and speaking) is required as is the equivalent of a Canadian secondary school (high school) education or above.

If you are a foreign worker, and have 12 months of cumulative work experience in Ontario in your intended occupation within 36 months immediately prior to the date of your application submission then speak with Mustakas & Associates for more information.
